| What do the advertising and disposal fees represent? | The "Advertising and Waste Disposal" fee per square meter partially subsidizes the production of exhibitor advertising materials, trade inserts, and all other promotional marketing measures for exhibitors provided by the organizer. This fee per square meter also includes comprehensive on-site waste disposal. The fee per square meter is based on a mixed calculation and is payable by each exhibitor. |
| Is it possible to design the stand area in the outdoor area? | Yes, fine gravel is available for surface finishing. Please notify the exhibition management in advance if you need it. Costs: 18,00 €/t The exhibitor does not have to worry about disposing of the fine gravel at the end of the trade fair. Other fine materials such as wood chips or other materials are NOT permitted. Alternatively, wooden planks may be used; these must be removed completely by the exhibitor at the end of the trade fair. Further stand design options and information on the required stand infrastructure (e.g., tents, containers, furniture, electricity, etc.) can be found in the Exhibitor Service Center from January 1, 2026. |
| Is the distribution of individual advertising materials or any other reference to the company linked to a booked exhibition space? | Yes, the distribution of advertising materials or the placement of advertising banners in and around the exhibition grounds is reserved exclusively for registered companies with a booked stand space. Illegally placed or organized advertising measures are strictly prohibited. | Are safety shoes, a safety helmet and a high-visibility vest mandatory? | A safety helmet must be worn during the entire time you are in the quarry (setup, trade fair, and dismantling). Bump caps or other protective headgear are not permitted. Safety shoes and a high-visibility vest are recommended. |
| What should be taken into account during delivery/setup and dismantling of the exhibition? | To ensure smooth operations on site, please strictly adhere to the specified delivery/setup/disassembly times for exhibitors! This separate delivery and removal information will be sent to each exhibitor promptly, also for forwarding to contracted freight forwarders. Any deviations in your planned setup or disassembly times must be reported to the exhibition management in advance! |
| Can specially organized or supplied forklifts be used for loading and unloading? | No, our trade fair forwarding agent, Kühne & Nagel, is on-site as the exclusive partner and is commissioned by the exhibitor in advance. Loading and unloading on-site using third-party equipment is not permitted. |
| Are there catering options on site during setup and dismantling? | Catering stations will be available on the exhibition grounds during regular setup and dismantling times. |
| Can individual customer events take place on our own exhibition space outside of regular trade fair opening hours? | Yes, but we ask that you notify us of your planned event (e.g., customer evening) in advance. We will pass this information on to our on-site security and guarding partners. Please note that you are responsible for the safe transport of your guests from the quarry after your event. We are also happy to assist you with this at +49 7229 606-30. |
| Are there designated exhibitor parking spaces? | Large parking areas are available for exhibitors. Parking is free for exhibitors! Please follow the signs. Shuttle buses to the exhibition grounds are available. |
| Is it also possible to park directly on your own stand? | No, cars/vehicles may only be parked on the stand if they are being used as exhibits or promotional items. The stand areas may not be used as parking spaces! |
| Are motorhomes allowed to be parked in the exhibitor parking lot? | Yes, you are welcome to park your motorhome in the exhibitor parking lot during the trade fair and during the day. Please inform us about the size requirements in advance. Please note that overnight stays are not permitted in the exhibitor parking lots or on the exhibition grounds in general! The Ohmtal Forest Campsite is one of the available options. |
